Millbrae FLL Robotics utilizes LEGO Spike robotics kits teaching students basics on building, wiring components, and fundamental programming! Students also learn how to engage in community action, present projects, and expand their horizons in STEAM!

Millbrae FLL will take place at the Millbrae Recreation Center, open to all ages 10-14. This program is COMPLETELY FREE!​

Frequently Asked Questions
What days and when does the team meet?
- Meetings are every Tuesday from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Meetings will run from August to April(Exact dates TBD).
Where does the team meet?
- Meetings are held in The Art Room at the Millbrae Recreation Center
What kind of robot would we build?
- Students will be using LEGO Spike Prime Kits
What is LEGO Spike Prime?
- Spike Primes are simplified, miniature LEGO robots that provide students an introductory experience on what it's like to one day build a more advanced robot
Do you need to have any prior experience?
- No, anyone and everyone regardless of experience is welcome to join! We will teach students everything necessary to succeed.
Do I need to bring anything?
- Mentors may occasionally ask students to bring a personal device, but don't worry if you can't! We have team laptops for anyone that may need it!
